Swag store orders can only be placed directly on the website.

Unfortunately, our two websites do not communicate directly with one another, so you will have to place separate order food and merchandise.

Please contact our customer service team to update or cancel your order. We will do our best to change or cancel your order, however once the order has shipped we will be unable to make further changes.

Please Note: Our customer care agents are not available on the weekends, so we will be unable to help in assisting with changed or cancelled orders outside of our normal business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Items that are purchased full price and that are unworn, may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, or in some cases Mountain House store credit. Claims of manufacturer defects or for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Mountain House must receive your returned item/s within 30 days of issuing your return shipping label. 


You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase with a link to your order status. Once available, the tracking number will added.

Absolutely not. Information about our customers is an important part of our business. The only information we collect is what you submit to us and is used only by Mountain House for our own marketing and research purposes. We are not in the business of selling the information we collect to others.

All orders placed on our website Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 3 business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (except APO address) unless you have requested faster freight. Your order should arrive 7-10 days once it has been shipped. Please note at times shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, or an increased volume of orders.

We are only able to ship orders to the US and Canada.

Shipping will vary based on weight and location. However, there is free shipping on all orders over $50.
